MES Indian School marks World Hindi Day

MES Indian School celebrated the World Hindi Day (Vishwa Hindi Diwas) with great enthusiasm and traditional gaiety in the Boys’, Girls’ and Junior Sections of the school on January 10.

Special assemblies were conducted in all the sections to accentuate the significance of Hindi in India. 

Students delivered fervent speeches on the importance of Hindi as the National Language of India.

Patriotic songs and cultural performances marked the day.

Teachers of the department of Hindi glorified the importance of Hindi in their speeches and emphasized its significant role in strengthening the cultural ties among the people of India.

Valuable quotes and thoughts, articles and posters highlighting Hindi being instrumental in preserving the Indian culture and connecting different cultures and societies were displayed on the school bulletin boards.

Disha Nayak, Arushi Naskar and Rishaan Jacob spoke on the occasion about the essentiality of Hindi in national integration.

The colourful dance performance of the tiny tots of the Junior Section of the school enthralled the audience.

The morning assembly in all the sections was presided over by the Heads of Sections.
